Max Interval Circuit, Max Interval Plyo, and Max Cardio Conditioning are just tough. A lot of the moves that were core moves in the first month are now enhanced and make up the warm-up now! This just shows how hardcore it is, I think. I had to take a lot of breaks the first time through, and that is counting the breaks he gives you to demo new moves. In the end, though, I survived the workouts. I needed to have a lot more water on hand, and I tried doing a little recovery drink mid-workout, too (though my stomach can't handle that). All in all, I've seen some good progress with this enhancement to the workout. I can't wait till the end to see how it all progresses. I'm almost at my weight from high-school, which is kind of mind-blowing to me.
